WebSadly that won't get Ryu even close to Ken. It's not just Kens inputs moves. His shoryuken is way better, his nair is way better and he is faster. Ryu can't kill in the same way Ken can and Ryu can't rack up % as Ken can. If Ken is A tier, Ryu is at most C. Which is a shame cause I will always prefer Ryu over Ken as a character.
