I am writing an essay for a university in Australia, and I am not sure whether to spell the verbs with an ‘s’ or a ‘z’ (e.g. British reanalyse or American reanalyze; recognise or recognize ). I’m really confused as I have grown up in many countries and I am familiar with several versions of English spelling.
