WebI have intermittently trained flexibility for 15 years now. When I started I had terrible posture and couldn't touch my toes. I haven't trained splits in three years, but I've only lost a few inches on my front splits in that time (I test once in a while for shits and giggles) and my side splits have actually improved from the other activities I'm currently actively training.
