It is a constant uphill with very little respite. The trail is wide but there are lots of big rocks, and as you get closer to the falls it gets more and difficult. WebThe first quarter mile of the trail is a little rocky and exposed, but you soon climb into pines and aspens and the trail is fairly shaded for the rest of the run. You'll run at a steady incline nearly the entire run to the waterfall. After the first mile or so you'll come up to a small meadow, and soon after that the trail will come to a fork.
