WebScottish Government have committed to 1140 hours of funding per year of Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) for all 3 and 4-year-old children and eligible 2-year-old children who meet the criteria. Aberdeenshire Council has a duty to provide funded ELC places for all 3 and 4-year-olds and for eligible 2-year-olds.
